乡村旅游是现代旅游的重要组成部分。重视对乡村旅游人才的挖掘、引进和培养,是发展乡村旅游,提高乡村旅游质量的重要内容。乡村旅游人才的培养需要从政府引导、经营者运作以及院校的参与几个方面入手。
Country tourism is an important part of modern tourism. Excavating?introducing and cultivating country tourism personnel are the important content of developing country tourism ?improving the quality of country tourism.
