On Higher Professional Education in West China

西部高等职业教育不等同于一般的普通高等教育,西部高等职业院校应结合自身实际,根据自己的培养目标,合理定位,引人竞争机制,走灵活性办学之路,办出特色。

In west China, higher professional education is different from general higher education. According to the fostering goal of themselves, higher professional education should determine their position reasonably, set up their distinguishing feature, introduce competitive system from elsewhere and go on the way along which a college is run cleverly.
