知书达礼,待人以礼,应当是当代大学生的一个基本素养。然而,在大学校园仍有许多不知礼、不守礼、不文明的行为,还有许多与大学生的礼仪修养、与精神文明建设极不和谐的现象。可见,对大学生进行社交礼仪教育具有跨时代、跨世纪的特殊意义。

Courtesy and civilization should be a basic knowledge of contemporary college students. However, there are still many uncivilized phenomenon at the campus out of harmony with social manners and spiritual civilization construction. The good manners education has cross-age, cross-century special significance to college students.
