新规定是高校学生管理与服务的政策依据,高等学校与学生的关系是一种特定的权利义务关系。该文围绕以人为本与依法治校的要求,结合学生工作的实际,对实施好新规定谈几点浅见。

Managements and services for colleges and universities students are on the basis of the new “regulations” which show a specific relationship between schools and students for rights and obligations of both parties. A few understandings on successfully implementing new “Regulations” are given in this paper about the school management demands of the humanism management and law in connection with the practical work of the students.
