摘要
该文主要介绍了可用来检测天然气、煤气、液化气等可燃性气体的智能可燃气体探测控制器的设计方法,主要包括硬件设计及软件设计两部分;其中硬件部分设计包括浓度采样电路设计、继电器控制电路设计、报警电路设计、检测电路设计等。同时对可燃气体的浓度超限、气敏元件短路或断路故障的判断、声光报警、产品自检和输出控制等功能作了简单介绍。
This paper main introduces a design method of the intelligent combustible gas detecting controller which can detect natural gas, coal gas, and LP gas. The controller include software and hardware parts which include collecting density sample design, relay controlling circuit design, alarm circuit design, detecting circuit design and so on. The paper also introduces some function of it such as density alarm of combustible gas, judging the short or break of circuit, voice and light of alarm, product’s self detecting, and output control.
