在新的历史条件下,江泽民同志完整地提出了中国特色社会主义人的全面发展理论,主要包括人的全面发展的主要内容、实现途径、社会主义的新本质论,人的全面发展的核心及其发展规律等,这些都极大地丰富和发展了马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论,为中共“以人为本”理论的提出奠定了基础,对建设中国特色社会主义具有重大的理论和实践意义。

Under the new historical condition,Jiang Zemin proposes the perfect theory of the person's full-scale development with Chinese socialism characteristics,which mainly includes main content of human's full scale development,the realization way,new idea of socialism essence,human's full-scale development core and its law of development and so on.His theory has all enormously enriched and developed the Marxism theory of human's full-scale development,laid the foundation for the Chinese Communist Party's theory of human-orientation,and it significantly contributes to the construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
