执政理念概念探析

Conceptual Analysis of the Idea of Ruling

由于目前学术界对“执政理念”这一概念的认识比较模糊,未形成一个标准的定义,使人们对执政党执政理念的研究缺乏可比较的标准。因此,对“执政理念”进行界定,形成一个规范的定义,具有重要意义。为此,本文首先对目前学术界的主要观点进行剖析;然后探讨“执政理念”概念的内涵,并对“执政理念”概念进行了界定,最后,阐述界定的意义。

At present,in the academia understanding of this concept of ' ruling 'is fuzzier and a standard definition has not been formed so that people lack the standard of the research of governing idea that can be compared.It is significant to define ' idea of ruling',which forms a normal definition.For this reason,this text first analyzes the main view of the academia at present,then probes into the intension of the concept of ' idea of ruling ',and defines the governing idea.Finally,the writer elaborates the meaning of definition.
