摘要
农村中小学教师是我国义务教育公平实施的关键力量和直接推动者。当前我国农村中小学师资力量较为薄弱、水平不高。因此有必要从抓好师资队伍入手,努力提高农村中小学教师素质,以保障农村义务教育的均衡发展。
Teachers in rural areas play a key role in achieving the equity of compulsory education. However, the professional level of the rural teachers is not high. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the professional quality of the teachers so that the compulsory education in rural areas can develop in a balanced way.
