摘要
利用凝聚态物理学方法研究了处于静电平衡状态的带电体周围空间静电场能量的来源问题,讨论了改变导体内价电子在晶格势场中电势能的方式,得出了改变价电子密度、加热和使导体载流等三种方式均可以改变价电子在晶格势场中电势能的结论。进一步分析了处于静电平衡状态的导体周围空间的静电场能量来源的问题,得出了静电场能量来源于导体内载流子在晶格势场中电势能变化量的结论。
By utilizing the condensed state physics method,we have studied the origins of energy of the electrostatic field around the charged body under the state of electrostatic balance,discussed the patterns which alter the potential energy of valence electron in the potential field of lattice in the conductor,and come to the conclusion that the valence electron's density,heating and the current-carrying of the conductor can alter the potential energy.The origins of energy of the electrostatic field around the charged body under the state of electrostatic balance was further analyzed,stating that the energy of the electrostatic field is from the change of the amount of the carrier's potential energy in the potential field of lattice in the conductor.
