高血压患者脉压差与复发性脑卒中

Relationship between Difference of Pulse Pressure and Acute Recurrent Stroke

目的通过对脑卒中合并高血压患者的脉压差分析,探究脉压差与复发性恼卒中的关系。方法入选我院2003～2005年住院治疗的106例高血压合行2年内复发脑卒中患者,分为出血性脑卒中组和缺血性脑卒中组,同时入选的高血压曾有脑卒中史,但2年内未再复发的60例患者为对照组,分析三组患者的脉压差。结果(1)脉压差在复发脑卒中组与对照组之间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。(2)脉压差的增大与复发脑卒中的发生呈正相关。(3)不同年龄组高血压患者脉压差水平比较,脉压差随年龄增高呈上升趋势。70岁以上复发脑卒中组的脉压差水平明显高于对照组。结论高血压患者脉压差的增大与脑卒中的复发有关,是引起脑卒中复发的危险因素之一。

Objective To investigate the relationship between difference of pulse pressure and acute recurrent stroke. Methods The hospitalized patients (106 cases) with hypertension and acute recurrent stroke within two years were divided into two groups: hemorrhagic and ischemic groups. The controls (60 eases) were selected randomly from hospitalized patients with hypertension and stroke not recurrent within two years. Then the difference ofpulse pressure of the three groups was analaysed. Results (1) Significant difference was found between acute re-current stroke and controls in pulse pressure (P<0.01). (2) There was positive correlation between difference of higher pulse pressure and acute recurrent stroke. (3) The difference of pulse pressure inereased with age increasing, there was positive correlation between the difference of pulse pressure and age. The difference of pulse pressure was higher in the recurrent stroke group over 70 years old than in the controls. Conclusion The differenee of higher pulse pressure is associated with recurrent stroke. Pulse pressure may be an important risk factor of recurrent stroke.
