摘要
目的探讨焦虑症患者失匹配负波(MMN)的特点。方法应用美国Niculet Bravo脑诱发电位仪,对31例焦虑症患者和28名正常成人进行了MMN检测。结果与正常对照组相比,焦虑症患者MMN(Pz脑区)潜伏期延迟(正常组:189±22ms,焦虑症组206±26ms,t=2.69,P<0.01),同时波幅降低(正常组8.4±1.5μV,焦虑症组5.2±2.1μV,t=6.69,P<0.01)。结论MMN新技术可反映焦虑症患者诱发脑电波的自动加工过程,可辅助用于临床应用。
Objective To investigate the characteristic of mismatch negativity(MMN) in patients with anxiety. Methods The MMN was recorded from 31 anxiety patients and 28 age-matched healthy controls, using an American Nicolet Bravo Instrument. Results Compared with the control group, the prolonged latency (Control: 189±22ms, anxiety:206±26ms,t=2.69, P<0.01) and decreased amplitude (Control:8.4±1.5 μV, anxiety 5.2±2.1 μV, t=6.69, P<0.01)were found in the anxiety group. Conclusion Anxiety patients had abnormal brain automatic processing, and MMN may be useful index in evaluating brain dysfunctions of anxiety patients and can he used in clinical accessory diagnosis.
