脑血管造影及血管内治疗的全程护理

Whole-course Nursing of Patients Undergoing Cerebral Angiography and Endovascular Treatment

目的探讨脑血管造影及血管内治疗的护理配合经验。方法对34例病人脑血管造影35例次,血管内治疗17例次,进行全程护理。结果术中发生脑血管痉挛2例,术后穿刺点出血1例,经及时处理均痊愈出院。结论护理配合是脑血管造影及血管内治疗的重要组成部分,正确的护理方法能有效地防止并发症的发生。

Objective To pass on the nursing expcrience in cerebral angiography and endovascular treatment. Methods Whole-course nursng of patients undergoing cerebral angiography(15 cases)and endovascular treatment (17 cases)was made.Results In this group there were two cases who developed intraoperative cerebrovascular spasm,and one case of postoperative hemorrhage at the point of puncture.Abovementioned conditions were found and managed in time and the patients were fully recovered and discharged.Conclusion Nursing is very important when cerebral angiography and endovascular treatment are made.The correct mursing methods may effectively pre- vent complications from occurring.
