重组活化凝血因子Ⅶ在脑出血中的应用
Applying recombinant activated factor Ⅶ to cerebral hemorrhage
摘要
原发性脑出血(PICH)虽只占脑卒中的10%～15%,但其预后却是各型中较差的[1-4].有报道[5]PICH患者30天的死亡率高达34.6%,6月时的神经功能恢复良好比例仅为38.6%.因此,PICH是社会的一个重要负担,而且目前对之仍缺乏有效的治疗手段[6],近年对重组人活化凝血因子Ⅶ(rFⅦa)在脑出血中应用的深入研究,给脑出血的早期治疗带来了希望.……
