摘要
新形势下的高职院校的思想政治工作疲软主要表现在地位不突出、队伍不得力、管理不到位、效果不理想4个方面,亟需从确立新理念、形成新体系、构建新格局和探索新方法4个层面加以改进。
Under new circumstances, ideological and political work performance weakens in four main aspects:Status is not conspicuous, the staffs are not effective, the administration and the results are unsatisfactory. It greatly needs to be improved from the following four levels: Establishing new concepts and forming a new system, creating new patterns and exploring new ways.
