在数控车床的操作中,刀具偏置的设定是一个很重要的环节,它直接影响到机床的正常操作和零件的加工精度。通过对FANUC-0i-Mate-TB数控车削系统有关刀具偏置的三种不同设定方法的介绍,分析、比较了它们各自的优缺点以及应用范围。
Initialization of tool offset is a very important step in the operation of NC-lathe, which influences directly operation of machine and precision of parts processing. This paper introduces three methods of tool offset initialization in FANUC-0i-Mate-TB NC-turning system. Meanwhile, it analyzes and compares their advantage, disadvantage and range of application of the three methods.
