摘要
为了更好地为纳税人提供优质、高效、可靠的服务,针对纳税服务法律机制还不完备等6个方面的问题,提出加强税务干部队伍建设及相关“硬件”、“软件”建设。
In order to serve the persons who pay taxes heart and soul, and according to six problems of the law system in paying taxes service, the article puts forward some suggestions on strengthening tax leaders construction and some “hardware”and “software” construction.
