论我国行业协会的经济参政权

Right of Trade Associations' Economically Political Participation

行业协会,从其本质意义上来讲,应该是企业和个体经营者利益的代表,维护其会员的正当经济利益应当是行业协会的一项重要职能;同时,它还应该是维护市场健康发展的一股不可或缺的力量。但是由于我国特殊的国情造成了我国当代行业协会缺少一个很重要的企业维权渠道。因此,要真正发挥行业协会的经济功能,就必须要赋予行业协会的经济“话语权”———经济参政权。

Trade associations are naturally the representatives of corporations and the individual business runners , protecting their members' economic benefit is one of their important duties; meanwhile, they are an irrevocable force to prompt the healthy development of the market. But because of the specific circumstance of our country , there has been always lack of a channel to manage that. We must grant the trade associations the right of economic “discourse”——right of politically economic participation.
