Comparison on Administrative Compensation System's Several Rules in China and France

从行政赔偿的归责原则、行政赔偿范围、行政赔偿诉讼管辖、行政赔偿的方式和标准以及行政赔偿费用支出管理方式等五个方面将中法两国的相关行政赔偿制度进行比较,并针对我国行政赔偿立法的不足之处提出了个人的见解。

The thesis compares the administrative compensation systems in China and France from five aspects. They are the principles in determining liability, the range, the litigation's domination, the way and standard and the managing of the expenditure in administrative compensation. The author puts forward her own opinions on the deficiency of the administrative compensation legislation in China.
