大学生思想政治素质关系民族希望、祖国未来,但大学生思想政治素质问题严重,且问题主要来源于社会的影响,因而必须构建大学生思想政治教育的社会机制;学校是大学生思想政治教育的主渠道、主阵地,但普遍缺乏实效性,因而必须有与时俱进的改革。然而这一切的关键因素在于领导,在于领导的重视,在于正确科学地领导,只有切实加强领导才能有效调动社会、学校师生的积极性,才能真正实现加强与改进大学生思想政治教育,达到提高大学生思想政治素质的目的。

The ideological and political quality of college students connect with the national hope and the country's future.However, the ideological and political quality of college students with serious problems, and problems mainly come from the social impact,therefore we must establish the ideological and political education of university students in the community; schools are the main channel and positions for ideological and political education of college students. But they generally lack effect, and therefore there must be reform of the times.However, all the key element is leadership, the importance lies in the leadership, and the correct scientific leadership. Only strengthen leadership skills to effectively mobilize the community, the enthusiasm of teachers and students, and accomplish the goal of strengthening improving the ideological and political education, and improve the ideological and political quality of college students.
