摘要
研究和探讨搞好株洲地区水资源的污染防治,对于促进该地区社会经济建设与发展具有重要的现实意义。对湘江株洲段水资源污染的预防治理和循环利用应着重搞好“三抓”:从污染的源头上抓预防治理,末端上抓综合治理,狠抓水资源开发,发展循环经济。
It's very important to improve social economic structure and development in reasch and discussion about doing well the control pollution of water resource in the region of Zhuzhou.There are three ways to forecast, control, and circulate the water being polluted: first,forecast in the source; second, controlling the end; third, developing resource of water and circulating econorny.
