摘要
介绍了土方机械翻车保护结构的结构特点和性能要求,翻车保护结构需要有一定的刚度来阻止变形,同时有一定的柔度以吸收一定的能量.以某装载机翻车保护结构为例,建立了翻车保护结构的非线性有限元模型并讨论了加载方法,进行了模拟和仿真.为了验证有限元分析结果,在实验台上对该装载机落物保护结构进行了落物冲击试验,试验结果和仿真结果吻合较好.翻车保护结构的计算机仿真为结构的设计提供了依据.
The characteristic and the performance requirement of roll-over protective structures (ROPS) of earth-machinery are introduced in this paper. A typical ROPS of wheel loader is taken as an example, the nonlinear finite element model of the ROPS is set up. The loading method are discussed the roll-over experiment is carried on the test equipment, the simulation results are accord well with those of the experiment. The computer simulation of ROPS provided the basis for the structural design.
