Low cost technique to measure sandstone weight based on a capacitance sensor

摘要 基于电容式料位测量原理,尝试将电容式传感技术应用于混凝土搅拌设备中的砂石计量,为此自制了实验用电容式砂石料位传感器并开发了以AT89C51单片机为核心的低成本电子测量系统.通过对该传感器信号处理关键技术的探讨,开发出了能适应混凝土搅拌设备需要的电容信号长线传输方法和测量电路.实验表明,基于电容传感原理的砂石计量已有较高精度,有可能为混凝土搅拌设备提供一种成本低、适应工地现场复杂工作环境的砂石计量方法, According to the principle of a capacitance sensor, a plan applying it to measure the weight of the sandstone in concrete mixing equipment is presented. The experimental sensor was made and an electronic measurement system based on SMC AT89C51 was developed. The key technology to process the signal of this sensor is introduced. The new measurement circuit of weak capacitance and driving cable circuit were developed. Some experiments applying this sensor to measure the weight of the sandstone were made. It is shown by the experiments that the capacitance sandstone position measurement has quite high precision. It is possible that this method becomes a new technique of sandstone measurement in concrete mixing equipment, and it is low cost and can suit the complex surroundings of producing concrete.
