摘要
研究大型液压挖掘机动臂的优化设计．着重论述了数学模型的建立,包括如何确定动臂结构优化设计的目标函数、设计变量和约束条件．运用计算机程序对其优化前后的提升力进行了分析和比较,验证了优化设计的合理性．
The optimal design of swing arm of hydraulic excavator is discussed.It especially discusses the mathematic model,including how to establish objective function,design variants and constraint functions. The optimal result is verified by computer program to insure that the optimization is reasonable.
