摘要
通过分析两级无源隔振系统设计中存在的问题,提出在第一级隔振质量块上安装第三质量-弹簧-阻尼系统作为隔振系统的消振器,由其抑制隔振系统的二阶模态,同时保证系统在高频区段的良好隔振性能,运用遗传算法对消振器各参数进行优化,对优化结果的仿真分析及试验研究表明:该方法切实可行,改善了系统的隔振性能。
The problem of double stage passive vibration isolation system is analyzed in this paper.Additional third mass-spring-damper system as the isolator's vibration absorber is added to the mass of the first stage of the isolator,which has the ability to depress the second model resonance of the isolator,and at the same time keep good vibration isolation performance in high frequencies.The parameters of the vibration absorber are optimized with genetic algorithm.The method is testified feasible through the stimulation analysis and the ex- perimental studies,and the vibration isolation performance is improved.
