摘要
针对单螺杆泵的定子和转子之间的磨损会导致单螺杆泵的效率下降甚至过早报废问题,在对单螺杆泵的工作原理、摩擦速度原理和容积效率原理分析的基础上,对转子和定子的磨损进行了论证,并应用Matlab进行仿真.为提高单螺杆泵的容积效率,对螺杆泵进行了结构上的改进.
For an eccentric screw pump, wears on rotor and stator surfaces may result in deficiency even scrapping in its early life-cycle. This has been addressed and resolved in this study. Based on such working principles as eccentric screw pumps, frictional velocity and cubage efficiency, wears on rotor and stator surfaces are accordingly demonstrated using Matlab TM. As such, a structural modification has been conducted towards the cubage efficiency of an eccentric screw pump. It is revealed that this improvement possesses tremendous potentials in industrial applications.
