摘要
介绍了大型钢结构应力温度监测系统的组成结构,详细研究分析了光纤光栅传感技术在钢结构监测中的应用原理及方法,设计开发了一套基于多线程模式的上位机软件.该系统克服了传统传感技术的诸多缺陷,具有精度高、抗干扰性强、实时性好、应用方便等优点,并已成功应用于北京五棵松体育馆屋顶钢结构安装过程监测,达到了预定目标.
The components of a stress and temperature monitoring system are first introduced in terms of large steel structure installation. In particular, working principles and methods of optical fiber gating technology are investigated on steel structure monitoring. In addition, the relevant software is developed using multithread programming technology. Compared with conventional approaches, this system possesses such advantages as high precision, high anti-interference ability, real-time acquisition and good applicability. By applying this stress and temperature monitoring system, the roof steel structure of Beijing Wukesong Indoor Stadium has been successfully installed.
