摘要
对PD220Y型推土机的换挡操纵方式进行改造,将其原来的手动机械换挡方式设计成电操纵换挡.主要通过对换挡系统的整体设计,主要部件的选用、改造和设计,达到提高系统操纵性能、工作性能的要求.同时,通过对系统压力的测试,检验并完善电操纵换挡系统.
This study aims to develop a transmission mechanism for a PD220Y bulldozer through revising it from a manual to an electronic-operated manner. To enhance operability and performance of the transmission system, a systematic design methodology is employed to select and redesign major comonents. Simultaneously, the transmission system can be further improved via oil pressure testing.
