摘要
主动或半主动悬挂系统是当前各国履带式车辆尤其是坦克装甲车辆悬挂系统研究的重点,从监测点配置、状态监测方式和数据通信方式等三方面,对状态监测技术在主动或半主动悬挂系统应用情况进行了论述.同时,从实现在线监测和数据实时传输、探询状态变化规律、实现系统自动报警及故障诊断等三方面,对今后状态监测技术在主动或半主动悬挂系统中应用及发展方向作了预测.
Active or semi-active suspensions play a crucial role in caterpillar vehicles, specifically for armored tank vehicles. This study involves condition monitoring on active or semi-active suspensions through selecting monitoring positions, monitoring methods and data communication technologies. Based on on-line monitoring and real-time data transmission, such performances as variation tracking, automatic alarming and fault diagnosis are realized as well. Finally, future directions in this area are pinpointed.
