摘要
库存管理中已经存在的EOQ、(S,s)等经典模型,尚无法解决“有租借仓库”、“允许缺货”和“随机交货”并存的存贮管理问题。本文提出了针对上述三个条件并存情况下的存贮模型,将统计意义下单位时间损失费用作为指标函数来评价该方案,并将单品种固定库存总量随机存贮管理模型推广到多品种固定库存总量随机存贮管理模型中,给出了非线性规划模型。最后给出实例,采用优化算法在MATLAB下对模型求解。
Some classical models such as EOQ and (S, s) have already existed in the inventory model. However, the problems of allowing borrowing-storehouse storage, goods shortage and stochastic lead time can’t be solved at the same time. In this paper, an inventory model to solve the three problems mentioned above is proposed. The losing fee per unit time under statistical sense is introduced as a target function to evaluate the policy. Based on single species of goods of fixed storage stochastic inventory model, multi-species of goods of fixed storage stochastic model is deduced and a nonlinear programming model is obtained. Finally, a practical example is presented and solved with optimal algorithm using MATLAB.
