摘要
2型糖尿病在其病理变化过程中,由于气血阴阳失调和饮食、情志、药物滥用等因素的影响,极易形成血瘀证,血瘀存在2型糖尿病的全过程,是其并发症发生发展的重要因素,不仅表现出疼痛、肤色紫暗、脉涩或结代等症状,而且血液流变学明显异常;同时易化热、生毒,伤血、伤脉、伤神,产生多种变证。治疗上应视其寒热虚实,灵活应用活血化瘀法。
Because of effect of disbalance of Qi/Blood and Yin/Yang and abuse of medicine, food and emotion, blood stasis syndrome is easy to be made, in the whole preoid type 2 diabetes mellitus showing not only pain, purple skin, uneven and knotted pulse etc., but also abnormal blood rheology; at the same time, there also appear the syndromes of heat-transmission, toxin-transmission, injuring blood vessels, disturbing mental activity. The method of activating blood to remove blood stasis should be used flexibly depend on the property of syndrome in cold, heat, deficiency or excess.
