摘要
采用运动疗法、神经阻滞法、肌电反馈法、水疗法、足部矫形器、神经节苷脂等综合治疗小儿脑瘫剪刀步40例,总有效率82．5％,提示综合治疗有利于小儿脑瘫康复。
The 40 children patients with pediatric cerebral palsy with scissor gait was treated by comprehensive therapies including sport therapy, nerve blocking therapy, myoelectricity fead back therapy, water therapy, foot orthotics and ganglioside and the total effect ratio was 82.5%, which suggests that combined therapy is effective for recovery of pediatric cerebral palsy.
