摘要
目的:探讨中药为主治疗脊柱结核性截瘫的临床疗效。方法:对脊柱结核性截瘫患者209例采用启瘫复原胶囊、灭痨复骨丸、托毒散胶囊为主,并辅以西药治疗。结果:临床治愈195例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率98．56％。结论:中药对脊柱结核性截瘫临床疗效肯定,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Chinese materia medica as main parts for 209 cases with Tuberculous Spinal Paraplegia. Method: 209 cases were treated by Qitanfuyuan Capsule, Mielaofugu Pill and Tuodusan Capsule replenished with western medicine. Results : 195 cases were cured, there were effects on 11 cases and no effect on 3 cases. The total effect was 98. 56%. Conclusion:The results showed that chinese materia medica has good effects on the treatment of Tuberculous Spinal Paraplegia.
