中西医结合治疗肾病综合征的疗效观察及护理

Curative Effect of Therapy Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine for Nephrotic Syndrome and Its Nursing Care

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗肾病综合征的效果。方法:将60例病人随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组按西医常规治疗与护理,治疗组采用中医辨证论治配合激素疗法、中医辨证施护。结果:治疗组总有效率为89．47％,不良反应率26．3％。复发率15．8％;对照组总有效率为72．7％,不良反应率68．2％,复发率26．3％,差异均有显著性意义(P<0．05)。结论:中西医结合治疗和护理肾病综合征具有较好疗效。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of therapy combined the Chinese and western medicine for the nephrotic syndrome. Methods:The 60 patients were randomly divided into the control and therapeutic group, the routine treatment and nursing care were adopted in western medicine in the control group, and the treatment and nursing care according to patterns identified with hormone in Chinese medicine in the therapeutic. Results: The total effective rate was 89. 74% , the harmful rate 26. 3% and the recurrence rate 15.8% in the therapeutic group; 72. 7%, 68. 2% and 26. 3% in the control group. All the differences between them were significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The therapy and nursing care integrated Chinese and western medicine are effective for the nephritic syndrome.
