“补肾活血降逆排毒法”治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure with Method of Tonifying Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation and Descending Counterflow and Expelling Toxin

目的:观察应用补肾活血降逆排毒法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:设补肾活血降逆排毒法治疗组(治疗组)904例,给予肾衰排毒散治疗,纯西药治疗组(对照组)452例,1年为1疗程,随访1年后统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.58%,对照组为51.54%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:应用补肾活血降逆排毒法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭有良好疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of treatment of chronic renal failure with method of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation and descending counterflow and expelling toxin.Methods: 904 cases (treatment group) were treated by Shenshuai Paidu San (Shenshuai Paidu Powder),452 cases (control group) were treated by conventional therapy.The course of treatment lasted for one year and curative effect was analyzed after one year’s follow-up visit.Results: The total effective rate was 92.58% in treatment group and that was 51.54% in control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion: The method of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation and descending counterflow and expelling toxin may has positive effect on the treatment of chronic renal failure.
