摘要
“十一五”规划中对于“加快金融体制改革”的提法,进一步明确我国在未来5年国有商业银行股份制改造、稳步推进利率市场化改革、完善有管理的浮动汇率制度、逐步实现人民币资本项目可兑换、推进金融业综合经营试点等金融改革的内涵和发展方向。
The suggesttion that 'accelerate the reformation of financial system' in the 11th Five Year Development Plans has further crystallized the content and the development direction of finance reformation such as reforming joint stock system of State-owned commercial Bank,deregulating steadily interest rates to leave them to market forces,improving floating exchange rate system,realizing progressively RMB convertibility of.capital account,and pushing forward financial and experimental unit of integrated management in the next five years in China.
