摘要
在构建和谐校园的过程中,青年教师起着很重要的作用。要尽可能满足青年教师的需要,激发青年教师的行为动力,齐心合力构建和谐校园,以小环境影响带动大环境,为构建和谐社会作出贡献。
Young teachers play an important role in the process of constructing harmonious campus.It is committed to make contributions to the construction of harmonious society through fulfilling young teachers' reasonable requests,inspiring the young teachers to conduct themselves actively,and construct harmonious campus by strong ethos of teamwork through the microenvironment influence the general environment.
