个人档案知情权保护的逻辑起点及立法完善

知情权是基本人权之一。本人对个人档案内容有知情权,而且是公民隐私权的应有之义。从政治国家和市民社会的角度完善立法,予以明确知悉权,更正权,救济权,以进一步完善我国的个人档案管理制度。

The right to know is one of the basic human rights.The definition that one has the right to know the content of his or her document should be included in the definition of people's right to privacy.To further perfect the management system of personal file in our country,we should make Constitution perfectly from the angle of politics state and citizen society.Also we should give clear definitions of the right to know,the right to correct,and the right to be relieved.
