To strengthen the mechanism construction of class in Institutions of Higher Learning,we should grasp the key points such as cultivation of the cadreman,construction of systems,consensus and ethos,carrier of activities,student and study and the work of the teacher in charge of a class.Establishing the work mechanism,which could solve the present outstanding problems effectively and guarantee the advancement of work,is also important.
