文章回顾了“十五”期间我国交通科技的发展,提出交通科技发展的战略选择与“十一五”应重点关注的若干问题。
The article looks back the development of communications science and technology in China during the Tenth Five-Year Plan and proposes several issues that should be stressed upon strategy determination for communications science & technology development and at implementation of the Tenth Five-Year Plan.
