文章从现阶段广西高速公路管养及高速公路行业发展等方面,根据广西高速公路发展面临的形势,提出了开创广西高速公路发展新局面,“坚持一个指导思想、实现三个愿景目标、推行四个工作理念”的总体思路,推动广西高速公路跨越式发展。

From the management and maintenance of Guangxi expressways and the sector development,the article proposes to initiate a new development phase for Guangxi expressway considering the current situation faced by Guangxi expressway development.That is,to follow the general thought of one guiding idea,realize three long-term targets and implement four working philosophies,so as to promote a crossover development in Guangxi expressway.
