The paper presents an assessment on the stab ility of Karst terrain in Laxian No.2 bridge at K120+480 of Hechi (Shuiren) to N anning Highway. With the engineering practice as an example,the paper concludes that it is feasible and reliable to do the stability assessment for Karst terra in by means of qualitative and quantitative method. It provides reference for si milar works.
