摘要
文章通过对高速公路勘察设计招投标过程的分析,提出了招投标中应注意的问题及完善招投标体制的几点建议。
With an analysis on the bidding process for expressway survey and design work,the article points out some issues that shoul d be paid attention to during the bidding process and proposes some recommendati ons for improving tendering/bidding system.
