摘要
在秧田和本田喷施不同浓度除草剂Basta,验证对提高转bar基因杂交粳稻纯度的效果。结果表明,转bar基因恢复系NT-5-1的T6世代仍保持对Basta的抗性;转bar基因杂交稻3~4叶期喷施0.1%~0.2%Basta60kg/667m2,清除假杂种效果均达100%。
Different concentrations of herbicide of Basta were sprayed at different time to test the affection of increasing hybrid seed purity. The results indicated that bar-transgenic restorer line (NT-5-1) is purity line in six generations, and maintains the resistance to herbicide stably. 0.1%~0.2% of Basta should be sprayed 60 kg/667m2 during 3~4 leaf stage of herbicide-resistant hybrids, the fake hybrid seedlings were all killed by Basta and excluded from population hybrid seed production.
