浅议高校管理的激励机制

A Brief Discussion on Incentive Mechanism of Universities' Management

激励机制是高校管理的关键环节。如何调动教职工的积极性、主动性,完成高校的宏伟战略目标,是激励机制亟待解决的问题。本文从高校管理的激励理论探求入手,设计激励要素,提出激励机制的运行模式,并把三者融合起来形成高校管理的激励系统;同时强调要加强高校中的伦理、道德建设。

Incentive mechanism is the essential link of the university management.How to arouse the enthusiasm,the initiative of the faculty and complete the grand strategic target of the university are the questions urgently to be solved of this mechanism.The author thinks we should start from seeking for the theory of incentive mechanism,design the factors,propose the running patterns and combine the three together to form the system of incentive management in universities.At the same time we should also emphasize and strengthen the construction of the ethics and morals in universities.
