现代社会对人的全面发展提出了较高的要求,高等教育对促进人的全面发展有着不可推卸的责任,但当前高校在培养人的过程中存在诸多问题。为此,高校应该树立整体的教育观,注重人的个性发展,加强创造力的培养,注重理论与实践的有效结合。

The modern society puts forwards higher request to people's overall development.So higher education has great responsibility on it. But at present there are still many problems in the course of cultivation of people.So the university should set up the whole education view,pay attention to the individual's character development,strengthen the development of the creative power and combine the theory and practice effectively.
