塞林格的《麦田里的守望者》是西方“异化文学”中的一部佳作。作者以其生动的文笔和犀利的洞察力,描绘了主人公霍尔顿精神世界的方方面面,并深入地揭露了美国社会的异化现象,而更主要的是作者在小说中曲折地阐释了在守望中寻觅爱的独特异化主题。
The Catcher in the Rye,written by Salinger,is an excellent work in the western literature on alienation.By using its vivid style of writing and incisive searching in sights,the author described all aspects of the main character's(Holden's) world of spirit,deeply exposed the alienation in the society of the USA.What's more important,the author circuitously explained in the novel an unusual phenomena of alienation in seeking love in the keeping-watch.
