School-based Teaching and Research Serve as the Space for Teachers' Cooperative Culture

校本教研是教师合作文化的创建平台。校本教研可以使教师从孤独型文化走向对话型文化,从工作者转换为学校的主人,从被动走向主动。在校本教研中创建一种理想的教师合作文化,主要通过培养教师的“专业对话”和“合作研究”;激活教师的合作意识;创设一种合作的学校文化三方面来实现。

School-based teaching and research is becoming a new field which serves as thespace for teachers' cooperative culture.Because school-based teaching and research has stimulated teachers to shift the course from the closed culture to the dialogic culture and the role of teachers from workers to masters of schools and it has made teachers become active.Teachers' cooperative culture can be established through developing'specialized conversation' and'cooperative research',stimulating the awareness of cooperation,and cultivating a kind of school culture of cooperation.
