摘要 中国的家族式企业近二十多年迅速发展壮大,企业的可持续性发展在与企业拥有优秀的人才是休戚相关的,但是中国的职业经理人机制和相关法律环境并不完善,这就在家族企业存在着外来人才和家族企业之间的搏弈,信任机制是这些企业必须面对的问题,而信任内外有别是当前中国家族式企业所采取的普遍态度。现从中国古代儒家中的中所谈到的“信”出发,阐述当下的“信”在中国职业经理人和家族式企业之间的重要意义和深远影响。 China's family enterprises nearly more than 20 years rapidly grows strong, enterprise's sustainable development in which has the outstanding talented person with the enterprise is very important.But Chinese professional manager mechanism and the correlation law environment is imperfect. Between the external talented person and the family firm will play the chess. The trust mechanism is a question which these enterprises must face inside and outside, but trusts has the universal manner which maybe the current Chinese family enterprise adopts. This article 'the trust' which ancient times in Confucianist's center talked about from China embarks, elaboration immediately 'trust' in Chinese professional manager and between family enterprise's vital significance and profound influence.
