燃油锅炉不能满负荷运行的试验分析

Experimental analysis about the underload operation of oil fired boiler

对扬子烯烃厂水汽车间B炉近年来不能带满负荷运行的情况,进行了对比试验后,分析认为是回转式空气预热器漏风率非常严重,造成燃烧时空气量不足、燃烧状况变差、火焰加长、中心后移等一系列现象,导致一级过热器汽温超温而制约锅炉出力所致。通过采取相应措施,很好地解决了存在的问题。

The cause of unable operation at full load of B Oil fired Boiler in recent years was analyzed through field contrast test.It was considered that the high leak age of rotary air pre-heater were the probable reason.Appropriate measures were carried out to solve this problem.
