原位氧化法制备2-苯基苯并咪唑 被引量:1

Synthesis of 2-Phenylbenzimidazole Via in Situ Oxidation

摘要 以苯甲醛和邻苯二胺为原料,采用原位氧化的方法,中试规模制备了2-苯基苯并咪唑,并对工艺条件进行了优化。优化的工艺条件为:n(亚硫酸氢钠)∶n(苯甲醛)为1.2∶1;缩合反应的溶剂DMF中w(H2O)应小于1%。 2-Phenylbenzimidazole was synthesized via in situ oxidation,the process was optimized.The optimum synthesis condition is:the molar ratio of sodium bisulfite to benzaldehyde is 1.2∶1;the condensation reaction should be carried out in DMF withw(H2O)below 1%.
